Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month at the Portsmouth Artwalk!  Artists, musicians, and foodtrucks will be present for this free event.  Visiting Artist Alberto Torres Cerrato will lead a community mural activity, and Latin American artists and vendors are invited to sell their goods.
